Shipping Policy

At Pet Swag, we’re dedicated to getting your order to you fast, so you and your pets can start enjoying your new gear as soon as possible! All orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours, and from there, shipping times are determined by Australia Post.

Australia 

We offer fast dispatch on all orders, with a small standard delivery fee applied to all beds based on size. 

With our warehouse in Melbourne, we ensure speedy delivery to all corners of Australia!

New Zealand 
We also ship to New Zealand with affordable flat-rate shipping for all orders.

Shipping Times (Australia Post)
Here are the approximate standard shipping times, in business days, from the day after dispatch:

  • Australia: 3-7 business days (depending on your location)
  • New Zealand: 5-10 business days

If you need your parcel urgently, we recommend choosing express shipping.

Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates, and delays can occasionally occur due to factors like weather or customs processing.

When will my order ship?

Once you place your order, we’ll dispatch all in-stock items within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Generally, orders within Australia take 2-4 business days to arrive. However, please refer to our shipping guide above for more specific information.

Is shipping free?

We do not offer free shipping. Standard shipping fees are applied to all orders, and you’ll see the shipping cost at checkout. Please note, if you choose express shipping, there will be an additional charge.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship within Australia and to New Zealand.

How do you ship? 

We ship all our orders via Australia Post. No courier service is required for our products.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your order’s journey.

Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes via Australia Post.

Can I pay extra for express shipping?

Yes, express shipping is available for an additional charge. You’ll see the express shipping option and cost at checkout.

Where are you shipping from?

All orders are shipped from our Melbourne-based warehouse.

Can I pick up my order instead?

Yes, we offer pick-up by appointment. Please email us at support@thepetswag.com.au before your order ships to arrange a pick-up.

What if my delivery goes missing? 

The Pet Swag will not be responsible for any missing packages provided we have proof of delivery to the correct address.

If you believe your order has been delivered to the incorrect address please get in touch with our friendly team and we will help you right away support@thepetswag.com.au.
