Exciting news! If your Pet Swag bed is still in its original, unused condition and in its packaging, you're eligible to exchange it for another colour. Simply reach out to our team at support@thepetswag.com.au within 14 days before sending it back for an exchange.

RETURNS

At The Pet Swag, we want you and your furry friends to absolutely adore our products. That's why we offer a 14 Pet Test guarantee. 

If you encounter any issues with your Pet Swag product or it's simply not the right fit for you, please reach out to us within 14 days of your purchase date at support@thepetswag.com.au. Our support team will be more than happy to assist and guide you through the return process.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition that you received it. Our refunds do not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear as a result of washing and intended use.
  • And damages caused by rough dog use. This includes but is not limited to: Bites, rips, burns, tears, excessive scratching, stains and liquid/moisture damage- (unless the waterproof lining kit was used.)
  • Damage caused by commercial use, such as in a hotel or store.

Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of returning the item. Allow 10 business days for your refund to show up on your statement.

If you haven’t received your approved refund after 10 business days of us notifying you of the return item receipt, please contact us at support@thepetswag.com.au.
